Developing a sustainable growth strategy needs a strong customer acquisition and retention strategy. The client wanted to understand customer perception of its products and services against the best competitor on key parameters. Besides, it sought an understanding of the drivers of brand loyalty, customer migration factors and shift in loyalty among a wide cross section of customers. It wanted to explore branding strategies, channel partner management and develop a market strategy based on this study.
